2 pkg yeast
6 c flour
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 c water
cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and soda in mixing bowl or food processor. Warm milk slightly. Pour warm milk into dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes. Stir in rest of flour to make stiff dough.

Spoon batter into 2 loaf pans that have been greased and sprinkled with cornmeal. Let rise 45 min.

Bake 25 min at 400 degrees. Let cool 5 min. Remove from pans. Cool completely before slicing.

so much better than purchased English muffins - and fat free.
