1 c. Quaker Oats 1 c. flour
t. cinnamon 1 t. baking powder
t. soda c. skim milk
1 c. unsweetened applesauce 1 egg white
c. brown sugar c. oats
3 T. oil ⅛ t. cinnamon
1 T. packed brown sugar
1 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 10 400. Line 12 med. muffin cups with paper baking cups. Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. Add applesauce, milk, brown sugar, oil, egg white. Mix just until moistened. Fill cups almost full. Combine remaining ingredients, sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake 20-22 min. or until deep golden brown. Serve warm.
