1 whole chicken
2 to 3 stalks celery
1 onion
package of long carrots
chicken boullion for taste

Directions:
Directions:
put chicken in large pot with enough water to cover chicken.
Add celery and onion and cook for about 1 1//2 hours.

When chicken is tender or coming off bone , remove from pot into bowl.
Add carrots to pot and then taste test this, add boullion for flavor.

If soup is a good chicken flavor, then start pealing chicken off bones
and add to soup.

For homemade noodles - 2 cups flour in a bowl, add salt and enough
water to form a ball, not sticky. Add flour if it is. wet. Roll with rolling pin, and start
cutting into strips; Start boiling water for noodles and add them to water and cook.
Do not cook too long as they will fall apart and get mushy.
