2 Pkgs. of Yeast
1/4 C. Warm water
1/2 C. Melted Crisco
3 T. Sugar
1 1/2 C. Lukewarm Buttermilk
1 t. Salt
4 1/2 C. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yeast and water. Set for 5 minutes.

Combine Crisco, sugar, salt, buttermilk in a large bowl.

Add flour and yeast mixture.

Turn out and knead. Let rise 1 hour.

Roll out and cut out rolls. Let rolls rise 4 minutes.

Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
