2 cans pineapple tidbits
16 oz carton small curd cottage cheese
8 oz sour cream
small pkg miniature marshmallows
small pkg shredded coconut

Directions:

When we began to have Christmas Dinner in Boerne in the mid 1960's, Eleanor claimed the fruit salad slot & always contributed ambrosia - the real thing with fresh oranges and home toasted coconut. Dorothy remembers that and kindly calls my easy fruit salad 'ambrosia'.
