Minestrone Soup Recipe

1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
(A clove is only ONE section of a garlic bulb.)
2 cans of pinto beans
1 can jalapeno pinto beans
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
3 cans Classic Progresso Minestrone Soup

Brown meat in skillet with onion and garlic.
Drain in COLD water for fat to drain.
Add pinto beans, jalapeno beans, and Rotel, and Classic Progresso Minestrone Soup. (Do not drain beans, use juice
from all cans.)

Excellent easy soup for hot quick dinner! Great with cornbread, too!
