1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion
3 small potatoes (about fist size)
3 carrots, diced
1 each 10 oz bag:
Green Beans
1 small tub green chile (heat preferance your choice)
6 cups chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste

Brown chicken, garlic, green chile, and onion in olive oil.
Add broth and all veggies, bring to boil.
Cook 20 minutes or until veggies are done.
Garnish with cheese (optional).
