2 stalks celery, diced
1/4 cup diced purple onion
1/2 cup carrots shreds
1 tsp dried Majoram
Extra Virgin olive oil ( 1-2 tbsp)

1/4 cup milk
Kosher salt to taste
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup cooked chicken ( I use rotisserie chicken)

In a large saucepan, drizzle olive oil on the bottom and add carrots, onions, celery, majoram, and seasoned flavor packet (from rice) and saute for 5 minutes. Add rice and stir ; then add the flour. Add chicken broth and water , bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes. While this is simmering, heat the heavy cream and milk in a small pan until hot. Add the soup mixture along with the cooked chicken and simmer for another
