½ C sweet onion, chopped
1 C sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
½ C red wine vinegar
1 C canola
½ tsp celery salt or celery seed
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
• Chop onion.
• Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
• Dressing will be a pink color.
• Refrigerate dressing overnight.
