2 (3 oz) pkgs Jell-O
1 C boiling water
2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen strawberries, thawed
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 mashed bananas
1 C finely crushed pecans
1 pt. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
• Boil water and mix with Jell-O.
• Combine strawberries, pineapple, bananas and pecans.
• Mix all ingredients with gelatin.
• Place one half of the mixture in bowl and refrigerate until set. Leave the rest on the counter.
• Spoon 1 pt sour cream on refrigerated gelatin then top with remaining gelatin.
• Refrigerate until ready to serve.

I like to prepare these in individual containers..small 5 oz cups. They are so colorful and pretty to serve, especially at Christmas or Valentine's Day.
