1 Fully Cooked Bone in Ham 8-10lbs
3/4 C Bourbon - Divided
2 C Packed Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Ground Mustard
1 Tbsp Orange Marmalade
1/8 Tsp ground Coriander

Directions:
Directions:
1 Place Ham on Rack in roasting pan. Score Ham surface diamond shaped 1/2 inch deep. Brush with 2 Tbsp Bourbon, Bake uncovered at 325º for 2 hours.

2. Combine Brown Sugar, Mustard, Marmalade, Coriander and remaining Bourbon and spoon over Ham. Bake 30 minutes longer or until thermometer reads 140º. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
