Ingredients:

2 cups canned pumpkin
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1/ cp water
3.5 cps flour
3 cps sugar
2 tsp soda
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice ( I always add a little more)
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:

Combine pumpkin , eggs, oil and water mix well. Sift together dry ingredients and add pumpkin mixture - mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans. Bake at 350 deg 1 hr and 10 min (70 min) or until done. Cool

(I find it takes a little longer, you can make these into cupcakes or other pans sizes - the smaller the pan the less time)
