pkg of manicotti tubes - cooked

1.5 lbs ground beef
2 tbsp oil
3 slices of bread broken up
2/3 cp milk
1 egg
2 cps mozzarella grated cheese
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
28oz can of Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Cook manicott 9 at a time for 6 min.

Brown meat in fry pan and drain. Combine bread and milk and let stand for 2 min. Add cooked meats and other ingredients except sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Fill cooked manicotti.
Pour 1/2 sauce on bottom of pan, then tubes and sauce and top with cheese.

Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes
