dough:
5½ c flour
½ c sugar
½ c orange juice
½ tsp. salt
1 T vanilla sugar
1 egg
2 egg yolks
2 sticks margarine
3 packages dry yeast
¾ c warm water
1 T sugar

filling:
2 8 oz. containers of cream cheese
1 c sugar
1 T vanilla sugar
1 egg yolk

crumb topping:
1 stick margerine
1 c sugar
1 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
combine dry yeast with warm water and 1 T sugar, let it sit about 10 min
add in the rest of the dough ingredients, mix well
let the dough rise for 1 hr
combine filling ingredients
roll out part of the dough, cut into 3 inch by 3 inch square
put 1 T of filling mixture into the center of each square
pinch opposite corners of the square together to form a "crown"
place into greased muffin tin
combine crumb ingredients
sprinkle crumbs on top of each cheese crown
Bake on 350º 20-30 min
