2 cups flour
4 eggs lightly beaten
1/3 cup milk
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl mix flour, eggs, milk and salt until a smooth sticky dough forms.

Heat 8 cups of water to boil in large saucepan.

Turn heat off water, then pour dough into Spaetzle maker and slide back and forth letting dough balls fall into the water

cook Spaetzle for 2 minutes or until they are tender and floating. remove from water with slotted spoon and toss with butter or sauce.
