Sweet and Sour Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 eggs
1 T. minced onion
1-15 oz can tomato sauce, divided

Topping:
1/2 of tomato sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1 1/2 T. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 t. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together loaf ingredients. Form into loaf. Place in 9X5X3 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Topping:
In saucepan, combine topping stuff. Bring to a boil. Pour over cooked meatloaf and back for an additional 10 minutes.

I made this one time and everybody said they loved it. So...I made several and put them in the freezer and kept serving them later. It was only after a couple times, I learned that they all really hated it and were just being nice. I still DISAGREE! This is a great recipe!
