4 large bell peppers
1 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
2 Tblsp garlic seasoning
1 lb lean ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce, regular or low sodium
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Remove tops and seeds from the peppers. Place into a deep oven-proof baking dish. Combine rice, garlic seasoning. Blend in beef, egg, bread crumbs in medium size bowl. Blend well. Stuff into peppers. Pour sauce over peppers and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
