½ cup plain fat free yogurt
¼ cup cucumber(s), grated
1 small garlic clove(s),minced
½ tsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp dill,fresh,minced
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup onion(s),grated
2 medium garlic clove(s),minced
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp table salt
¼ tsp black pepper,ground
1 pound lean leg of lamb,cut into 2 inch cubes( boneless)
1 serving olive oil cooking spray
1 medium onion(s), cut into 2 inch pieces
4 large wheat pita(s)

Directions:
Directions:
To make sauce,combine yogurt and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl;set aside.

To make souvlaki, combine ¼ cup of lemon juice and next 6 ingredients in a shallow dish; mix well. Add lamb and stir to coat.Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes,and up to 24 hours.
Coat a large nonstick skillet or stove top grill pan with cooking spray;set pan over medium-high heat.
Skewer alternating pieces of lamb and onion onto four metal or wooden skewers. Cook until brown on all sides and lamb is cooked through,turning occasionally,about 5 to 7 minutes;remove skewers from pan.
Place pita in one hand,pull lamb and onions off of one skewer;top with ¼ cup of sauce.
Repeat with remaining ingredients and serve.( Note: Add lettuce and tomatoes if desired.)
