Pilau Masala
Garlic
Royco
Ground beef
Onion
Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:

Cook the ground beef over the stove until ready. Add garlic, chopped cilantro and dried onions. Add salt to taste and a little pepper to taste.

Add Pilau Masala, 2 teaspoons or enough based on amount of rice and beef used. Sautéed for 4 minutes.

Add royco (start small, 2 tablespoons if using a lot of rice), and stir regularly. Will cause the beef to stick to the pot.

Mix some royco with water and stir for even consistency before adding to the beef mixture. Add water to the mixture, enough for the rice to cook a ratio of 2:1 water:rice.

May cook in a rice cooker or bake in the oven at 200° until ready.
