Ingredients:  
1/4 cup olive oil
5 cloves garlic
2 14 oz cans chopped tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil until hot, chop garlic until fine add to olive oil; heat until garlic is golden brown. Add salt. Turn stove off and add tomatoes be careful it will splatter. Add red pepper flakes. Turn heat on again to low and simmer for 15 -20 minutes.

Blend with hand blender for a smooth sauce.
