2 1/4 cups flour
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs seperated
2 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Whisk until evenly mixed. Make a well in dry ingredients and set aside.

Beat egg yoks, milk and oil. Add to well in dry ingredients and beat until moistened.

Whip egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into batter and cook on waffle iron.
