1 ½ pounds broccoli crowns, cut into florets (about 8 cups)
3 ½ tbs olive oil, divided
2 garlic cloves, minced
Large pinch of dried crushed red pepper
sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°F.

1) Toss broccoli and 3 tablespoons oil in ziplock bag to coat. Transfer to rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2) Roast 15 minutes.

3) While broccoli roasting. Stir remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil, garlic, and red pepper in small bowl. Drizzle garlic mixture over broccoli; toss to coat.

4) Remove broccoli from oven, and toss with olive oil mixture and return to oven.

5) Roast until broccoli is beginning to brown, about 8 minutes longer. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately
