1/4 cup margarine
1 large onion
3 large carrots
left over mashed potatoes (3-5 cups)
salt & pepper
3 tbsp flour
celery optional
chunked ham optional
8 cups milk approx

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, carrots and celery until carrots are cooked mostly all the way through. Add ham if desired. Heat until ham is hot, add mashed potatoes, cook until heated. Add flour, mix thoroughly. Add milk 2 cups at a time. Heat and stir between additions and add milk until desired consistency.
