4 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tbsp salt
3 eggs
10-12 cups flour

1 cup water
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp active dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Proof yeast first...Add 2 tsp sugar to 1 cup hot water Cool to luke warm and stir in yeast. Allow to sit 10 minutes before stirring and adding to batter.

While yeast is proofing ...heat milk to lukewarm. Add sugar, oil, salt, eggs and 2 to 4 cups of flour. Add yeast. Then continue adding flour until you have a soft dough. Let rise to double. Punch down. Let sit ten minutes then make into buns let rise until they are double in bulk and then bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
