I Package (4-5 Sausages Chorizo, casing removed) (you can use any fresh sausage)
1 large onion diced
1 large can diced Tomatoes
2 cans White Kidney Beans
1 Box Trader Joes Chicken Broth (or 4 cups fresh)
1 TBS italian spice mix
6 cloves of garlic chopped
1 bunch of Kale (or bag frozen) ribs removed and chopped as fine as you can

Directions:
Directions:
1) remove casing from sausage and cook like browning ground beef with diced onion. Cook until browned and onion is translucent.
2) Add Tomatoes, beans and broth, bring to boil.
3) Add spices, garlic and finely chopped kale (it is important that the chopped Kale be like a pesto in consistency, you want it that fine)
4) Bring to boil then turn down and simmer for 30-45 min until the flavors blend.
