Ingredients:
Ingredients:
20 lbs Chuck Roast
10 lbs Onions, chopped
4 sticks Butter (blue bonnet)
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chuck roast up into about 1 1/2 inch cubes and boil them until you can pull apart easily-normally takes 2-3 hours.

Pull it apart and let it cool to room temperature. Save the broth.

Put back in pot and cover with the broth. Put onions in and heat back up to cook real slow. You need to stir constantly to keep it from scorching.

Add 4 sticks of butter.

Lots and lots of pepper. Salt to taste.

From Mitch:
"All in all it takes all day to make it. Me and mama would split it up into two days normally."
