1 lb of diced ham or 1 lb of sausage (browned, drained & crumbled)
8 eggs
2 cups milk
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 slices bread trimmed and diced
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Beat eggs and milk together, then add remaining ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate overnight in a greased 9 x 13 pyrex dish.

Next day Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes covered. Then remove foil and place back in oven to brown about 5-10 more minutes.

Wonderful breakfast casserole. I take it out of refrigerator an hour before ready to bake and this reduces the cooking time by about 10 minutes. Make sure center is cooked through before serving.
