2 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 Cup cold Water
2 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 Tbs Hoisin Sauce
2 tsp Thai Chili Sauce
1 tsp brown sugar

2 tbs peanut or vegetable oil
1/4 lbs ground pork or beef
2 tsp black bean sauce
1 package fresh mushrooms quartered
1 bunch scallions cut in thin rings
3 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
1 package tofu cubed

1) Blend cornstarch with 1/4 cup water then add remaining cold water, soy, hoisin, chili sauce, and sugar.

2) Heat large fry pan or wok until hot. Add oil, heat, and add meat black bean sauce and cook. Add black bean sauce and mushrooms and 1/2 the scallions. Cook until mushrooms tender. Add garlic sauce mixture, and tofu and bring to boil. Stir until sauce has thickened. Finish by adding sesame oil.
