12 English Muffins
1 lb of crab meat
2 sticks of butter softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Slice muffins in half
Mix all of the ingredients except crab meat
Drain crabmeat of juices and then gently add to mixture

Spread mixture onto each muffin and you can cut in 1/4's and freeze 30 minutes. Then remove from freezer and place in freezer bags for use in future.

When ready remove from freezer and bake as many crab melts as needed. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes until puffy and slightly brown. Serve hot
