3 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups grated, raw carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 cup nuts
1 cup oil
1 tsp soda
2 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given.
Line 2 greased loaf pans with wax paper.
Bake 1 hour at 350.
Grandma noted (In our oven it takes only 45 minutes)
