Ingredients:  
1 large head of lettuce torn into bite size pieces
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
1 10oz package of frozen peas (defrosted, not cooked)
1/2 medium red onion (finely chopped)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, fried, crisp and crumbled
Croutons if desired

Directions:
Directions:
In a large glass bowl layer the following:
lettuce
celery
green pepper
peas
red onion

Mix together mayonnaise, salad oil, sugar and parmesan cheese. Gently spread over layered ingredients. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon on top.

Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. Serve untossed and garnished with croutons
