1 large onion chopped
4 T chopped bell pepper
2 T butter
1 bag of egg noodles
1 lb. ground meat
2 T chili powder
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Boil egg noodles, wash and drain. Set aside.

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Brown ground meat and drain. Mix in next 5 ingredients.

Combine noodles and meat mixture.

Top with grated cheese.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.

This is my mother's recipe. Jeff was practically raised on it because mother always made it when she needed a casserole to feed a lot of people. (He may have only eaten the cheese and noodles, but it got the job done!) My Aunt Jewell named it "More" when we didn't have a name for it and she wanted some "more" of that casserole.
