8 slices of bread, torn in pieces
1 pound of sausage, browned and drained. You can also use pound of Ham
1 cup of grated Cheddar cheese
7 eggs
1 cup Milk
teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Sage (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place bread pieces on bottom. Spoon on sausage and spread cheese over. Mix eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour over all and bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.

Better if made the night before and baked the next morning.
