Ingredients:  
4 Pork Chops
1 Egg
1 Tbsp milk
1 Cup crushed bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. oil
2 to 3 Cups cooked noodles
1 Packet of brown gravy mix
1 Cup cool water
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Packet of dry lipton onion soup mix
1 Container of baby bella mushrooms clean and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together last 5 ingredients
Scramble the egg with the milk
Dip both sides of chops in egg mixture then the bread crumbs
In frying pan with lid, brown both sides of chops in very hot oil.
Discard access oil.
Add soup mixture on top of chops in frying pan, cover then cook on med - low heat for 1 hour.
Serve on cooked noodles

May use onion quartered instead of mushroom or use both.
May use 1 can of mushroom drained instead of baby bella's
