4-6 boneless chicken breasts
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 pkg. of dry Italian seasoning
1 pkg. of Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice original

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in crockpot.
Add Italian seasoning, cream cheese, and mushroom soup. Cook on low 6-8 hours if chicken is thawed; on high 4 hours if chicken is frozen. Prepare rice as directed on package. Serve chicken over rice.


Sometimes we put the rice and its seasonings in the crockpot with the other ingredients and cook it all together.
