Preheat oven 350

1 lb Mochiko
2 c sugar
1 can coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 c water
1 tsp b. powder
food coloring
potato starch (for dusting)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix dry ingredients.
2) Add liquids, mix until no lumps.
3) pour in 9x13 pan, cover with foil.
4) Bake 1 hr. @ 350
5) let cool 30min. with foil covering.
6) Cool another 30-45min without foil.
