16 oz. Velveeta Cheese
2-8 oz. packages of cream cheese
2 cans of Rotel tomatoes (you choose the heat)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. of taco meat (or 1/2 lb. of taco meat, 1/2 lb. of cooked ground sausage)
1-16 oz. container of sour cream
2 cans of chopped green chilis

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a big crock pot. Cook on low for approx. 4 hours. Stir periodically. Serve with tortilla chips. This recipe makes enough dip to serve at a party - enjoy!
