4 tsp Oil
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Cups Water
1 to 2 onions
Carrots
Potatoes
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Season roast with salt and pepper
Heat oil in pot
Brown beef on all sides
pour in water
Cook
Last 30 minutes add in carrots, onions and diced potatoes
