1 Large Roast (Round Steak) Salt and Pepper
Flour
2 Tbsp Oil
3 to 4 Medium Potato (Diced)
1 Large Onion (Chopped)
Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into bite size bites
Salt & Pepper
Dredge in Flour
Brown in Skillet
Place layers of steak, potato and onions in casserole dish and cover
bake 325º - 45 minutes
