Potato Salad Recipe

5lbs potatoes
1 bunch of radish
1 dozen eggs
4 green onions
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp mustard
3 tbsp milk
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Peel, half and boil the potatoes. Drain and set aside to cool. Add eggs to empty pot, cover eggs with cold water. Bring to a boil, and remove from heat. Let stand for 20 minutes. Drain and let stand in cool water.

Once eggs and potatoes are cooled, cut into bite sized pieces. Slice radish fairly thin and chop green onion. Mix thoroughly.

Mix the rest of the ingredients and serve.
