1 Can Pineapple Chunks or Tidbits
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Stick Margarine
3 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Roll Ritz Crackers - Crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple (Save Juice)
Put pineapple in casserole dish.
In a pan - Dissolve sugar and corn starch and pineapple juice on stove - heat until thickened
Pour over pineapple
Mix grated cheese and crushed crackers
Put on top of pineapple mixture
Drizzle melted margarine on top
