1 lb of backfin crab
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 slices of diced bread
1 teaspoon of dry parsley
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 teaspoon of pepper
2 teaspoons of lemon juice

Cream Sauce:
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoon of flour
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry spices first in bowl, then add lemon juice, diced bread and hard boiled eggs. Mix all.
Last add the crab meat, drain off excess water and make sure shells are removed.

Mix cream sauce ingredients together and add to crab meat mixture.

Place all into a 13 x 9 greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until lightly browned.

You can top this casserole mixture with bread crumbs if desired.
