Directions:
Directions:
Cook sweet potatoes (skin on) in boiling water until done. (test with a fork)
When cool enough, remove. the skin. Mash potatoes and mix all ingredients together with the potatoes.
You may use an electric mixer for this if desired.

Mix the topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of the casserole.

Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

P.S. At the end of cooking, I top the potatoes with miniature marshmallows and broil until marshmallows are brownish colored and melting. You have to watch the potatoes while doing this.

This recipe was a tradition every Thanksgiving and some Christmases ( or whenever turkey was served). It is very much like a dessert, but the sweet potatoes are good for you. YUMMY!
