Ingredients:  
3 tbsp. Minute Tapioca or slightly more
2 C. Milk
C. Sugar
1 beaten Egg
⅛ tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and let stand 5 min to soften tapioca. Then bring to full boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. (Do not overcook or it may separate.) Add tsp. Vanilla. May be served warm or cold.
