3 tbsp. Minute Tapioca or slightly more 2¾ C. Milk ½ C. Sugar 1 beaten Egg ⅛ tsp. Salt
Mix ingredients together and let stand 5 min to soften tapioca. Then bring to full boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. (Do not overcook or it may separate.) Add ¾ tsp. Vanilla. May be served warm or cold.
