3½ C. All-purpose Flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
1 C. Sugar
6 tbsp. Butter
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
½ C. Buttermilk
1 C. Pumpkin Puree

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, spice and sugar. Whisk together all of the remaining ingredients in a second bowl. Make a well the center of the dry mixture. Pour wet mixture into the dry mixture, and stir them around the bowl until well combined. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll dough to approximately ¾ " thick, cut with donut cutter. Transfer to lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 400º for 12-15 min. or until donuts are cooked through.
