1 large box of Orange Jello
1 1/2 cups of hot water
2 cups cold water
1 can mandarin oranges
1 large can crushed pineapple (SAVE JUICE)
2 cups miniature marshmallows


TOPPING:
1/2 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
2 Tbsp Flour
8 oz cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello with water - put in refrigerator until partially congealed. Add drained pineapple, mandarin oranges and minature marshmellows. Put in refrigerator. Congeal completely - add topping


Topping: Cook pineapple juice, beaten egg, sugar and flour. Add 8 oz cream cheese until smooth.
Cool
Then add 8 oz cool whip to mixture
Spread on top of jello salad
