3 C. Flour
⅛ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Nutmeg
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
⅔ C. Butter
C. Milk
1 C. Grated Apple (or more)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Grease muffin tins. Bake 350 for 20 to 25 min. After taking out of tins dip in melted butter and roll in cinnamon and sugar.
