3 Cups of fresh or frozen Rhubarb
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add flour to Rhubarb, stir to coat.
Combine eggs, milk, sugar, and salt. Beat well.
Combine mixture with Rhubarb and flour mixture.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Dot with butter and top with a lattice pie crust.
Bake 425 for 30-40 minutes.
