Enchilada Casserole Recipe

2 packages McCormick Enchilada Sauce Mix
3 C water
1 (16 oz) tomato sauce
3 lbs. ground beef or turkey
36 corn or flour tortillas
4-6 C shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese

Preheat oven to 350.
Stir sauce mix, water and tomato sauce in medium sauce pan.
Cook on medium heat until meat is done.
Brown meat in large skillet on medium high.
Drain fat.
Pour meat in sauce mixture.
Put 9 tortillas down in 9x13 pan.
Spoon on meat sauce.
Put a layer of cheese, then layer on 9 more tortillas.
Continue same process for four layers.
Add cheese on top.
Bake about 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
