2 packages McCormick Enchilada Sauce Mix
3 C water
1 (16 oz) tomato sauce
3 lbs. ground beef or turkey
36 corn or flour tortillas
4-6 C shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350°.
• Stir sauce mix, water and tomato sauce in medium sauce pan.
• Cook on medium heat until meat is done.
• Brown meat in large skillet on medium high.
• Drain fat.
• Pour meat in sauce mixture.
• Put 9 tortillas down in 9x13 pan.
• Spoon on meat sauce.
• Put a layer of cheese, then layer on 9 more tortillas.
• Continue same process for four layers.
• Add cheese on top.
• Bake about 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
