1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
1 (8 oz) sour cream
2 Tb flour
½ C water
2 tsp instant beef bouillon granules
¼ tsp pepper
2 Tb butter
1 ½ C sliced fresh mushrooms OR 1 (4 oz) can
½ C onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 C hot cooked noodles

Directions:
Directions:
• Trim fat from meat. Partially freeze beef.
• Thinly slice across the grain into bite-sized strips.
• In a small mixing bowl stir together sour cream and flour.
• Stir in water, bouillon granules and pepper. Set aside.
• In a large skillet, cook and stir half of the meat in hot butter over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from skillet.
• Add remaining meat, mushrooms, onion, and garlic to meat drippings in pan.
• Cook and stir till meat reaches desired doneness. Drain off fat.
• Return all meat and vegetables to skillet.
• Stir flour mixture into skillet.
• Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
• Cook and stir for 1 more minute.
• Serve over hot noodles. **

**To prepare any pasta, bring 5 C water and 1 Tb oil to a boil. Place pasta in pan and cook according to package directions for amount of time. Drain, but do not rinse. If you rinse, you wash out all nutrients.
